Need to Return or Exchange and item?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to accept your purchased items back for a refund or exchange. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. All returns must be unworn and in saleable condition. Returned merchandise should include all packaging. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund.
NO refunds accepted of any final sales or clearance Items unless damage of defective.
All returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase. The cost of the return (shipping and customs fees) must be cover by the customer. Merchandise must be shipped with pre-paid postage label to the address indicated on the RA label. We suggest insuring the package for the full purchase price of the item(s) for coverage. All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Control Team before a refund is processed.
The original shipping fee and Shipping Warranty are non-refundable. Please note that we have a restocking fee of $10 per bracelet, which will be deducted from the refund.
