We are located in State of Connecticut, where all of our bracelets are crafted. We handle production and shipping all of our products, ensuring each and every piece meets our high quality standards.
Do Jbeads&Co. has a physical Store?

I would like a custom design, is that possible?
We can only customize what we currently have in stock. Keep in mind that for a custom design, the price of the bracelet may change. Please reach out to us at jbeadsco@gmail.com with your design ideas, and we will let you know what we can do!

How long does shipping take?
Your order should arrive 3 to 5 business days after shipping, you’ll received a tracking information with your order.
Will shipping fees be refunded once I return my items?
No, unfortunately, shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Free shipping, how it works?
In order to qualify for any promotional offers involving free shipping, your purchase needs to meet our $50 minimum order amount after all discounts are applied..
Returns
I need to resize my bracelet?
We can definitely help you with resizing. Keep in mind that if you need resizing, you have 15 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return your items to us. Please send an email to jbeadsco@gmail.com for proper assistance on this matter. We will guide you with the steps to follow!
I would like an exchange?
You have 15 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s) for an exchange. Also, the bracelet must not show any signs of usage, and the tag needs to be attached. As soon as your package has been delivered to our facility, we will inform you about its arrival and process the exchange by charging/refunding you the price difference (incl. a $10 USD restocking fee). I would like to return my order?
Although this is a handmade item, and we are not obliged to refund it, we want to offer that option to our customers. For all the Jbeads&Co. items, we offer a ‘’30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’’ on all the bracelets purchased at www.jbeadsco.com You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s). After 30 calendar days, refunding is not possible. Please note that we have a restocking fee of $10 per bracelet, which will be deducted from the refund.
